Ghana\’s finest and veteran sports journalist Mr Kwabena Yeboah has made his intentions clear that he is not interested in any Ghana football association presidency or Job.
It has been speculated that Kwabena who works with GTV and also double as the Sport Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) is to lead an Interim Management Committee to take charge of the Ghana football as government takes steps to dissolve the FA.
In his interview with EEZY FM an Accra-based, the writer as popularly called said, \”I will plead I don’t want to do it. I’m not interested,”.
“I have heard news going round that I’ve been appointed the new FA President. I have had lots of calls in that regard.”

He insists: “It’s not something I want to do… We have different roles to play. You do not necessarily have to be the FA President to serve your nation within the footballing context.
”Kwabena also believe that there\’s other personalities who can do like Mr. Kudjoe Fianoo, the now GHALCA President, in which he said to him Kudjoe is very very efficient and George Afriyie is there he can do it\”.
”If they go outside the clubs, personalities like Herbert Mensah can easily do it but I do not think I’m ready for that job,” Kwabena Yeboah added\”.
The Ghana Football Association is currently without a leader following the resignation of Kwesi Nyantakyi last Friday. The Executive Committee now holds the fort.
