The Genesis of the story is, Mr Ambolley on TV3 made an allegation that the made in Ghana ambassador Okyeame Kwame took a loan of GHC 50,000 from the past Musicians Union of Ghana, president Bice Osei Kuffour but he failed to pay it back till now.
After this wide allegations Kwame through his lawyers wrote to Gyedu-Blay demanding a withdrawal of the derogatory statement he made in a letter sighted by sirkenn.net.
In the said letter they indicated that the defamatory comment by Gyedu-Blay Ambolley has lowered the reputation of their client.
Kwame, through his solicitors cautioned Ambolley they won’t hesitate to seek legal redress if he fails to apologize and retract the false statement through the same medium he used with 72 hours.

Few hours to the deadline Gyedu-Blay Ambolley is asking the raps doctor to give him more time. He said he will need more than 72 hours to render an apology to the rapper.
According to the “Akoko Ba” composer he interacted with Okyeame Kwame and asked for more time but it appears the rapper will not soften his stance he told 3FM.

“We spoke and I told him that a week after, I would come back to him because I know that some things happened there… If he wants to take it to court, he can. He is part and parcel of those that were surrounding Obour. As he said, he was with Obour for two years. If he says he didn’t receive it, that’s fine,” Ambolley noted.
Per checks the 72-hour ultimatum ends today because it was given to him on February 26, 2020.
