Coach CK Akonnor releases 23-man squad

The head coach of the national senior team Coach C.K Akonnor has released 23-man squad for Ghana’s qualifying matches against Sudan.

The squad includes four local boys such as Richard Atta of Hearts of Oak, Kwadwo Amako (AshGold) Yahaya Mohammad (Aduana Stars) and Habib Mohammad of Asante Kotoko.

The Black Stars will host Sudan at Cape Coast Stadium on March 27 in Group C of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying.

It will be followed by a reverse fixture in Omdurman within three days.

Goalkeepers: Richard Ofori(Maritzburg), Razark Abalorah(Azam) and Richard Attah(Hearts of Oak)
