Manchester United To Play Chelsea In FA Cup Semi Final

Manchester United to battle with Chelsea in the semi finals of the ongoing FA Cup in England while Arsenal awaits for on either Manchester City or Newcastle.

The United team qualified to the semis after their clashed out Norwich city on Saturday evening. The Red Devils won by a 2-1 after Harry Maguire scored in the last minute in the  extra time, after Cantwell restored parity from Odion Ighalo’s opener.

Elsewhere Arsenal also progressed to the semi finals after beating Sheffield United by a 2-1.

So as it stands Arsenal are waiting on either defending champions Manchester City or Steve Bruce’s Newcastle United.

The rest of the matches are expected to take place at Wembley across the weekend of July 18-19, while the final game which concludes the English domestic season two weeks later on 1 August.

Manchester United lost the trophy to Chelsea in 2018 but won it in 2016.
