Ghanaian backing vocalist, Nana Ama has revealed how she discovered late Ghanaian musician Terry
In her recent interview, Nana Ama disclosed that the late musician used to to visit her in her house and claimed wanted to do music.
According to her, Terry told her he want to do music so she should help him. She also added that Terry’s father warned her that he did not want his son to be a musician but Terry would always come to his house after school and would not go away if she told him to go.
Known for her silky voice, said she introduced the late musician to music producer and sound engineer, Zapp Mallet as his younger brother and that was his breakthrough.
She indicated that Zapp Mallet put Terry on Randy Nunoo’s project and that was it.
Recounting the number of artistes she has worked with both secular and gospel, Nana Ama mentioned the likes of former hiplife artiste now Rev. Minister Lord Kenya, Okomfo Kwadee, Sony Acheeba, Blakk Rasta, Philipa Baafi, late Michael Osei Bonsu, legendary Yaw Sarpong and others.
